    • Coordinate shirts & souvenirs

  • Plan traditional-to-modern day events..securing permits for buildings and/or parks, plan activities, responsible for awards, recognition and prizes. Research and manage travel & accommodations.

  • Plans menus, with an historical approach that defines our family specialty food items. Make assignments for preparing/organizing meals, assignments for set up and clean up. Responsible for event equipment, paper products, tablecloths, plastic ware etc.

  • Plan fundraising events, manage all funds, collect money & fees, track expenses and seek out sponsorships by friends-owners of restaurants, liquor stores, supply stores etc.
